The CLIENT declares that all the information and data provided to VINYLUM are true and correspond to reality. If the CUSTOMER does not provide all the necessary information, your Order will not be able to be processed.

The Products offered through this WEBSITE are only available for shipment or collection in Spanish territory,  except  the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
  1. How to order?
To place an Order, the CUSTOMER must select the Products that he wishes to purchase on the WEB by creating a virtual shopping list. The CLIENT, before placing the Order, must have followed the following steps:

  2. Consult on the WEB the indicated price of the Products and the possible promotions that may be applicable, being able to view and know the final price including VAT or tax that may be applicable, as well as the price of the transport service.
  3. The Order may be formalized at the CLIENT’s choice in any of the languages ​​available in the application:  Spanish, Catalan or English.
  4. Once the selection is made, the CLIENT will be able to view the selected Products and their final price, once the discounts have been applied according to the corresponding current offers, the contracted services, as well as the cost of preparing the Orders.
  5. All Products are sent to the CLIENT’s home assembled or prepared for simple assembly, without the need for tools or screws.
  6. In case of compliance, the CLIENT must make the payment by clicking the buy button . 
In order to place an Order, the CLIENT must have previously registered on the WEBSITE, filling in their data using a form. The CLIENT undertakes to verify the data provided in the form, as well as the accuracy of the Products and services chosen. If the CUSTOMER detects an error after the completion of the payment process, he must contact the Customer Service at the telephone number  678 424 848  or at the email address  vinylum@blok-bc.com  . The CLIENT may make the payment of his Order by credit / debit card, bank transfer to the account number stipulated in  BANC SABADELL ES88 0081 0374 5200 0137 6048  or by PayPal. After payment, VINYLUM will inform you immediately by email of the confirmation of your Order and will send you the link to access these General Conditions. In the case of a formalized Order, VINYLUM will not file in paper format the document in which the contract is formalized.
  1. Availability
VINYLUM will show updated information on the availability and stock of the Products on the WEB. Even so, it is possible that a Product, whose availability has been confirmed by VINYLUM, has been sold out during the Order process, so, in this case, VINYLUM will inform the CUSTOMER of this situation via email and / or by phone, and will offer you the following alternatives:
  1. The delivery of the Product in a period longer than that initially indicated after the CLIENT agrees with this solution, at no additional cost.
  2. The refund of the Price charged within a maximum period of three working days, from the indication by the CLIENT that this is the chosen alternative, by the same means of payment used at the time of paying the Order. In case of assuming the total return of the Order, the amount to be returned will include the costs of the shipping service of the Product paid by the Customer.
The CLIENT acknowledges that the colors of the Products that appear on the WEB may respond to different shades depending on the image projected by the computer equipment of each CLIENT. In any case, the color of the Products is the one that appears in their description.
  1. Price, Transportation and Assembly
The prices indicated on the WEB include VAT, as well as current promotions that may be applicable. VINYLUM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, once the Order is confirmed, even if there is a subsequent variation of the same, the existing prices will be invoiced during the confirmation of the Order. With the delivery of the corresponding Order, the CLIENT will also receive the invoice for their Order in paper or electronic format.
  1. Delivery times
The delivery time is clearly indicated in the file of each Product and refers to the manufacturing and shipping time of the Order. There are ranges of delivery times (manufacturing and shipping times): The manufacturing process, varnishing the product and shipping can take up to 3 weeks In any case, they are indicated in business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or local holidays) and refer to deadlines for deliveries in the Iberian Peninsula (no shipments of any kind are made to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla ). In the event that your Order contains more than one item with different delivery times, the purchase will be sent in the longest period, as long as the CUSTOMER does not authorize the partial shipment of your order in the articles with shorter terms.
  1. Right of withdrawal
Once the Product is received, the CLIENT will have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the last of the products purchased in the same order to partially or fully exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 , of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.   1. Consumer Goods Warranty
In the event of a defective Product, VINYLUM guarantees the Products by responding to the lack of conformity for a period of two years from the delivery of the good acquired in the terms set forth in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which is approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other Complementary Laws. This guarantee will consist, as appropriate, of the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be carried out with the CLIENT by VINYLUM free of charge. The CLIENT must inform VINYLUM of the lack of conformity within 2 months of becoming aware of it. The CUSTOMER must report their incidents in writing to the carrier or its assistants describing the incident or breakdown at the time of delivery, and must also take color photographs of the status of the Products for submission to VINYLUM through the following link:  vinylum @ blok -bcn.com The communication must be made through the email  vinylum@blok-bcn.com  or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Blok Design, SL, calle Provença 214, 1º1ª, 08036 Barcelona. Once the Product has been received and the defects have been analyzed, VINYLUM will manage the repair or replacement of the same, or the realization of a reduction on the price or the refund of the amount to the user, as appropriate in each case. These procedures will be free for the user. The guarantee covers the exchange for a new Product in perfect condition if the repair is not possible. Incidents due to breakages or faults will be solved by replacing the part affected by lack or damaged, never the complete set of the product. Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.
